Snickerdoodles are a very inexpensive cookie that you make by rolling the dough into balls & then dip into cinnamon-sugar mixture or colored sugars. Kids like to help with these. Remember you can make your own colored sugar easily (see earlier post in December). These can add a lot of color to the cookie tray & taste great with milk or coffee. They freeze beautifully too.
These are the highest rated snickerdoodles at AllRecipes & are known there as Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles. Mrs. Sigg should be proud.
